I’m not a coach selling a dream. I’m a lifelong athlete who got tired of guessing — so I built one system and tested it on my own body for years.
I turned 40 and realized most of what I’d been doing didn’t work anymore. Not because I was weak, and not because I wasn’t consistent — but because everything out there is written for 22-year-olds chasing aesthetics. Nobody had built a system for guys like me.
So I built it myself. For three years I ran one system — a specific combination of training, recovery, supplementation, and lifestyle habits — and tested every piece of it on my own body.
The results spoke for themselves. My joints stopped hurting. My strength kept climbing. I looked better in my 40s than I did at 35. People started asking questions.
What started as BeachFit became Fitby6ix6ix — the exact protocol I run, on paper, for men who refuse to believe their best days are behind them. Miami sharpened all of it: the training, the physique, the clarity, the standard.
Today I stand behind everything on this site — the PDF system, the supplements I actually take, the gear I train in, and my partnership with Flow Wellness. No theory. No hype. Just the system I live by.
This is for men 40 and up who are done with generic programs and done with feeling like their best days are behind them. They’re not.
