Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FitBySIXSIX (“FitBySIXSIX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit fitbysixsix.com or related FitBySIXSIX pages, purchase a digital product, or contact us.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use information to process payments, deliver purchased PDFs, send receipts and service messages, provide customer support, maintain site security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and—when optional tracking is accepted—measure marketing performance and improve the purchasing experience.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential technologies are used for functions such as shopping-cart operation, checkout, security, and remembering your privacy choice. Optional Google Analytics and Meta Pixel technologies are not loaded on the FitBySIXSIX protocol funnel until you select “Accept optional.” You can reject optional tracking without losing access to the site or checkout.

You can change your selection at any time by choosing “Privacy choices” in the site footer or on the checkout pages. You may also use your browser settings to delete stored cookies and local-storage choices.

Analytics and advertising providers

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand site usage and Meta Pixel to measure advertising activity such as page views, product views, checkout starts, and purchases. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and may process data outside your country.

When we share information

We share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate the business, including WordPress and WooCommerce, Bluehost, Cloudflare, payment providers, email-delivery providers, Google, and Meta; with professional advisers; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws may define certain analytics or advertising disclosures as “sharing” or targeted advertising. You can disable those optional disclosures through “Privacy choices.”

Data retention and security

We retain order, tax, security, and support records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how your personal information is used, and to object to or opt out of certain processing. To submit a request, email fitbysixsix@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

FitBySIXSIX products and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International visitors

FitBySIXSIX operates from the United States. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
